Symptom annotation made simple

SAMS is a database and phenotyping tool for precision medicine. Phenotyping includes symptoms and clinical signs from the Human Phenotype Ontology and diagnoses (e.g. from Orphanet). Data can either be stored in our database or shared as GA4GH Phenopackets.

SAMS is open source and free to use (but requires citation) and it can be used with or without registration.
