FABIAN-variant was first released at the end of 2021 and we continue to update the software. This page summarizes recent changes. If you are missing a feature or discover a bug, please do not hesitate to submit a ticket via email.
The infrastructure of FABIAN-variant has been implemented in such a way that it can be easily expanded when new versions of the underlying data are released. The current number of supported models and transcription factors is listed in the lower left corner of the homepage.
